With an interest-free home loan top up for 4 years you can look forward to a warmer home with lower energy costs too.

Up to $5,000 for insulation and up to $5,000 for heat pumps.

Westpac Warm Up Interest-free loan

With Westpac Warm Up, existing or new home loan customers can borrow up to $10,000 interest free for five years to help make homes warmer and drier.

A Westpac Warm Up loan funds the installation of up to $10,000 of:

Double glazing

Ventilation

A solar power system

The minimum top-up is $5,000. The amount you are able to borrow depends on a variety of factors

Kiwibank home loan top up

Use a top-up to pay for a renovation or big purchase instead of using higher interest rate credit cards or personal loans. You might be able to pay for it by topping up your existing Kiwibank Home Loan.

The amount you could borrow will depend on how much of your home loan you’ve already paid off, the current value of your home, how much you can afford in repayments and what the top-up is for.
