Service Description

For Energy Workshop to carry out an inspection and provide solutions at a property for the purposes of meeting The Healthy Homes Guarantees Act 2017 Healthy Home Standards. All rentals must provide a Healthy Home Statement from 1st July 2020 and meeting all Healthy Home Standards within 90 days of any new, renewed or modified Tenancy Agreement from 1st July 2021. A paid Energy Workshop Healthy Home Statement (HHS) is indemnified by us.
